Recently, I had the honor of creating a custom handbag for a client in New York, and the story behind it reminded me just how spiritual this journey of entrepreneurship truly is. This wasn’t just another order. It was a moment of confirmation that opportunity comes when your heart is right and your spirit is open.

We often expect our blessings to come from certain people or familiar places, but the truth is—it’s never who you think it will be. When your spirit is in the right place, God will handpick the person or the platform to elevate you. That’s why I’ve learned to treat every order, every interaction, and every customer like I’m serving God and not man.

I want to encourage you: stay grounded. Learn to be quiet enough to hear your inner spirit, because that’s where the favor flows. That’s where the clarity, the creativity, and the next step come from.

And finally, something that’s been on my heart—be honest with yourself. If you can’t genuinely celebrate someone else’s success, don’t be surprised when no one shows up for yours. Learn to clap when others win. When you do, you show God that you're ready for your turn.
